Making really good breakfast for my kids is super important to me. I love making sure that they get lots of protein & major fuel for their healthy bodies… Rice pancakes check all those boxes. This was a fave of mine growing up❤️
Brown rice pancakes
- 2-3 cups cooked short grain brown rice filled
- 4 free range happy eggs
- Pinch of Hym salt
- 3-4 T raw milk
- 1 tsp Homemade vanilla or your fave organic store bought
Blend together & heat a cast iron skillet to med-low. Use grass fed butter in the bottom of the pan & cook just like pancakes…. Super easy…Enjoy!
We usually serve with maple syrup or a combo of half honey & half maple.
