As a kid these were my favorite. Being raised by a amazing cook has it benefits. Yep! I now have habits that help me stay healthy & pass on that health to my children.
This recipe is super easy & is a great way to get lots of energy & protein for the day. As a kid I always just used butter & honey on them but my girls love maple or a blend of honey & maple syrup.
brown rice pancakes with love❤️
- 2-3 cups cooked organic rice
- 2-3 organic eggs
- 2-3 T milk or substitute( we use raw milk)
- 1-2 tsp homemade vanilla ( or store bought)
- pinch Himalayan salt
Heat a large cast iron skillet. Add grass fed butter to the pan. Cook small pancakes. ENJOY! Sometimes they are a little tricky to flip , but you will get the hang of it & your kids will love you for making them love manifest in the morning. Sometimes we make a bunch & just heat them up for those mornings where we don’t have much time.❤️
