We were born hairless & naked for a reason. Our beautiful skin envelope is designed perfectly to conjugate sunlight into Vitamin D. Since people are now either slathered in toxic sunscreen ( totally another post) ,completely clothed all the time or during the winter the sun is low in the sky… Now is the time to get a GREAT Vitamin D supplement.
When I wake in the morning is when I take mine because I feel that is the best time to take “sun energy” into my body. Today I did my morning 2 drops then went to a hot yoga class… Afterwards I felt like I had enjoyed a day at the beach✨
