The holidays for most people are a time where many of their amazing daily health practices fall by the wayside. So I was thinking about it the other day & I wanted to go over the 12 survival tools that will help to maximize your health & make sure that after the holidays you don’t become a hot mess!….. Yes,…. you! 🙂

My first tip is Stay Hydrated!… Our bodies are up to 90% water & we filter this magical moisture through our form throughout the day. We replenish our cells & filter our toxins out with it… But most people are chronicly dehydrated…

So #1 tip is get your favorite water vessel (I like glass) & drink water all day long💛💧 a perfect rule of thumb is to take your body weight & 1/2 it… That is how many ounces of pure water you need to drink daily… If you sweat add a 1/4…DONE!
